Any werewolf pig owners on here? Done a little research as to how they differ from skinnies/piggies just keen to see how everyone’s has matured as I know some lose hair and some keep it.

had someone enquire as to whether I would rehome one so just interested to see.

Ooh interesting. I've only seen pictures of them, cute little things in an odd kind of way! I think someone on the Forum had one a long time ago. I can't remember who though.

I’ll link below the dedicated threads for skinny pigs (note that threads that are almost 10 years old can be slightly out of date as our knowledge of piggies are constantly changing and evolving):
Skinny Pigs and Clothes
Caring for a Skinny Pig
Hopefully they help.
I almost could’ve had a skinny pig once, but one crucial thing is that you have to be able to maintain a warm temperature. They have to be kept indoors too. There can really be no sudden drops in temperature, so you have to make sure your house is consistently around 20-26 degrees all year round. Sometimes, this can mean putting the heating on in spring! They can’t wear clothes either to keep them warm, so you have to be sure you can provide the right temperature. They also eat a lot more due to digesting food faster in order to keep warm.
