Went For One, Came Home With Three!

Today we visited Tameside Rescue to adopt a lovely red crested girl, but whilst at the rescue I fell in love with another pair of sows. Of course, they all had to come home! Both Pandora and Claudia are around two years old and baby Ida is 8 weeks old

Awwwww I'm sure they are chuffed to have all found a home. Though id watch out!- the rescue will be coming 2 u to rehome more lol. It sounds like something I'd do which is probably why I'm always kept on a tight leash when visiting rescues

I dare not go to any rescues because I would want to adopt them all. I'm banned from pet shops because I want to buy them all to give them a better life than being stuck in a shop (must put blinkers on and head straight for the hammy and piggy toys!) because I feel sorry for the piggies (and hamsters).

In fact I saw a piggy yesterday, it had stripes of ginger in a brown coat, and it looked so cute! And the tiny dwarf hamster, what a gorgeous coat! I do not have room for another hamster cage.

But I have 7 piggies. And one rescued Syrian. And I cannot physically extend the piggy cage any more because there isn't room.

Haha neither do I. We will have 9 soon as we have reserved another skinny girl who we are collecting next month (to be a companion for trudie m other skinny).

Your piggies are fab

The current set up gives the piggies a tad more room, although I do have room for 1 more with a 10x2 C&C cage. But that space is reserved for either a little one desperate for rescue, or one desperate for rescue

I am determined to adopt from a rescue at some point. A cute lil Rex coat...

They are beautiful, I would have struggled to leave those 2 behind and what a lovely home they will have with you.
I've had to ban myself from rescues and pet shops that have piggies. My vet fund wouldn't stretch to any more as much as my heart would love too.
