Welcome Home Poppet!

[My Piggies]

Today we took Daisy and Oscar to the Gold Coast Guinea Pig Rescue (where we got Oscar from) to trial some female piggies. As many of you know, we lost our sweet Violet last week , and the cage was looking very empty without her.

Daisy and Oscar were trialed with Poppet, a 4 month old female piggy born on the 21st of April at the rescue. They got along so well we didn't need to trail any other females, and we brought her home

She's been settling in well in the neutral area we set up for them (they'll be moved to their 2x6 C&C cage in the morning). We are planning on expanding their cage to a 4x5 C&C cage soon as Poppet has tons of baby energy (she's already been popcorning and doing zoomies) and we think they will all enjoy the extra space.
