Weird wound on chin

Hello, I noticed this on my Guinea pig’s chin today. He’s been acting normal so I didn’t think anything was wrong with him until I saw this. Could someone tell me what this is please?

Could be a cut perhaps, it isn’t where I would expect Cheilitis Guinea Lynx :: Cheilitis but you need to get this seen by a vet

Hope you got on ok. Jenny got a very nasty cut under her chin once that we never managed to explain. Bad enough to require a bit of glue to bring it together, bless her. It’s hard to tell from the pictures but I was wondering if an abscess could have burst perhaps?
