Weird Squeeking Noise?!

Today when i lifted up the igloo one of my guineapigs were under she started making this weird honking noise like a car! I've never heard anything like it :/
Has anyone heard it before? What does it mean?

Maybe you startled her? I call this 'hooting' one of mine does it as his cagemate is hormonal and constantly trying to hump him and this is his way of saying 'get off!' or 'go away!' it's normally an upset sounds but don't be alarmed, if she's not in any pain and is otherwise well, i imagine you just gave her a fright

Thankyou! We think she is pregnant too but arnt too sure! She's been getting upset more then usual recently :l

ahh that would explain it even more so, has she been examined by a vet? I would do that asap and if you need help post a thread in the pregnancy & labour section, there are people on here who run rescues (and others who don't) who are really experienced in dealing with pregnancies so if you haven't been through it before you'll be able to get some excellent help & advice
