It is most likely - at a guess - that your piggy has/had a slightly blocked nose. Since guinea pig airways are very small and narrow, and they cannot breathe through their mouths, every little obstruction is very audible. A one-off that goes away on its own after a little while is not a problem. it is likely some hay dust that got into a nostril.
Please see a vet if the blockage continues for hours on end and as soon if your piggy is showing other signs of illness.
