On news of the lump - it's gone. No other lumps to be found.

But for some reason he's making a weird sound every now and again - it just happened like 5 times in the space of two minutes...which weirded me out a little.

It's like a sharp, sudden noise that could be mistaken for a sneeze but he makes no sneezing gesture...more like a cough. I have no idea 0-o
But He did just lunge at Robin not ten minutes ago and when he does that he goes all weird and quiet...maybe it has something to do with that?

Could be coughing. Is he eating when he does it, or has he eaten in the past 10 minutes?

It does rather sound like coughing. Sometimes, it happens when they gobble their food too quickly, but I've also noticed it when they perhaps get a bit of hay stuck and need to shift it.

It can seem quite "violent" and scary, particularly if it goes on for a couple minutes. But, so long as it doesn't continue (i.e. there's something they can't dislodge and it's affecting their breathing,) it's nothing to worry about.

Piggie sneezes are a bit more subtle and very cute! :-)

Glad that his lump has gone!
Funnily enough my Gizmo gives a little 'cough' when he has been gulping down his veg or food its like as if he has put too much in his mouth and then clears it, just like what us humans do.
I agree with castaway it can scary as the first time he did it i thought there was something seriously wrong! But now i know the cause I'm used to it when he does it now and again.
