Weird scab spot?

Literally just put my old lady pigs in the same cage after bonding and my lady cookie has this weird spot on her? Extremely red dry skin? It’s so frustrating because yens butt infection seems to have come back as wel so I already have an appointment for her early next week and now cookies got an issue too
I will ring vets tomorrow regardless and get her in then but has anyone seen anything like this before? It’s behind her ear

From that angle it is very difficult to make out and will require a hands-on examination, to be honest. All the best with your vet trip.
