Do my guinea pigs poop has been looking weird. I think I’m going to make a vet appointment because I don’t have a clue what is causing it. They are drinking water eating a cup of veggies each and can empty a hay rack in a day. They’ve been acting pretty normal- maybe a bit skittish but I don’t think it’s really anything extra. The picture is what they’ve been looking like for a couple of days now.

It may be a mild tummy upset. Take them off veg (and fresh grass) until their poo has been normal for at least 24 hours. Hopefully that should sort it. If it persists and you have to put an embargo on veg again, then you should get them checked out.

Ok. So no grass and no veggies. I let them have grass and they ate way more than I was anticipating so no more grass. And I guess no veggies should I just make sure they have enough hay constantly or do I need to give them extra pellets to?

I agree with @Siikibam

No don’t give extra pellets, give extra hay instead
Awesome thank you so much. I didn’t even think about all the grass they had that could defientely be the cause. I’ll say no veggies or grass until they have normal poops and we’ll stay off grass for a while anywyas
