Weird continuing noise. Maybe hiccups?

My guinea pig Marvin who is about 3 years old has been making a weird noise for several hours now and I’m not sure why. He has never made this noise and I thought it could be hiccups but I’m not sure. Is there any advise on what it could be?

Can you please post a video? Funny sounds are such a wide area; without that we can only guess wildly, based on the filter of your own perception and any answers may well be slanted and off because of that inevitable bias.

It would help us if you could please upload a video elsewhere on a public setting (we don't have a video uploading facility on this forum, which is entirely run on voluntary member donations) and copy it into your next post.
