There is a great thread about monitoring weight on here Weight Monitoring and Management

I'm sure more experienced folk will be along to help, but from my experience and from reading I've done on here, up to 30g variation can be considered 'normal' and it can depend on when you weigh them (i.e. before or after feeding). As long as you're piggy is otherwise healthy I wouldn't worry at the moment, but keep weighing and check out the above thread :-)

I weigh my herd weekly and they do vary (even though I always weight just before their dinner!)...e.g. my girl Bubbles has been 1010g, 1008g, 1021g and 1011g in the last month.

Weights can fluctuate with 40g being the difference between full tummy/bladder and empty. This is why the advice is to weigh in the same point in the feeding cycle each time. 7g is nothing to be concerned about.

Concern should come in when either 50g have been lost in one go, there is persistent weight loss, or if you notice other signs such as difficulty eating/loss of appetite.
