Hey there, Captain Jack here...well when my hoo-man isn't behaving herself and delivering our demands, we turn our nose up at the food and walk off and go and lay in a huff...oh yes you need to learn the technique of the 'huff', then squeak very loudly until they delivery what you want.
Yours sincerely
Captain Jack (we've got this hoo-man down to being a very good slave indeed!)
Complain to the GPU (Guinea Pig Union). It really isn't good enough! Your slave obviously needs some more training! Come on girls you need to teach her properly! You need to develop the "is that all I'm getting? Give me more" look. I have now perfected this and my slave now gets me what I want.
We trash the run. It always gets attention if we run around with a piece of Vetbed attached to our backs The Slaves then give us food to take our minds off our antics.
Merab, Keziah and Jemimah thank you all for your helpful suggestions.
We will try them all out on our slave after our cage has been cleaned and Merab has been to the vet for her abscess to be checked.
She will be in the mood for a strop then.
So Merab had a real strop at the vets.
I’m fairly sure she was swearing as Kiri squeezed a last bit of pus out of the abscess.
On with the Hibiscrub for another 2 weeks.
Jemimah’s potential abscess has cleared.
They complained bitterly most of the time we were at the vets and on the way home.
The tactics worked - lots of the favourite veggies today.
