c&c cage!.webp
So today we spent a lazy Sunday afternoon putting the boy's new C&C cage together! OH tackled the actual cage and I sat there and sew sew sewed!
Boys are a bit unsure about it at the moment. They went and sat in the kitchen for a bit, then raced each other to the green pigloo! They're both squashed in there at the moment... Maybe dinner time will bring them out a bit to explore!

Poor Albie, such funny little characters. I often think pig's can be wee bullies at times :)).
Oh it's usually the other way around! Albie's the dominant pig and meek little Percy just follows him around most of the time!

Question... The boys seem to be quite smelly tonight! Could it just be that they're marking their new home or something? :vom:

Hehehe smelly bottoms. Mine tend to get smelly when rumble strutting? It's awful and I have to move away from whoever is doing it. We have a himi who like to rumble strut us when we hold him (more so me) but the smell he releases... :vom: not good lol. I wonder if they are marking their cage or something lol.

Ugh well I hope they cut it out soon! Haha. They're normally fine when they're inside, just smell like mild guinea pig, but tonight! Wow! I've just recently switched them over to fleece from shavings/hay as Percy isn't great in the keeping clean department and gets who knows what stuck you know where all the time! I'm hoping it's just marking their cage and they settle down and it's not a fleece thing.

Happy to report the stinky smell has resolved, so they must have just been marking their new territory. We did have to buy another pigloo this morning as they spent all night taking it in turns to kick each other out! Goodness me these boys can poop! I guess I never really saw it as they were outside most of the time and it was hidden by the grass!
