My guinea pig is sick and I did research but I couldn't find much, I wanted to thank everyone who replied though, every comment was really useful!

Questions:

1. My carrier is big enough for 2 piggies, should I let Coco's brother come along please?

2. Should I put food in the carrier please?

3. Have you got any advice, my local vet is 15-20 minutes away.

Thank you.

The carrier is fine for both piggies. Just add a little bit of soft hay.

Here are our tips from the top of the Health/illness section, to which I have moved your thread: Tips For Vet Visits

I have taken a second piggy along as company previously it depends on the pairings and how nervous your piggy is. I usually put something like a chunk of cucumber in the carrier so that they have water/food for the journey but otherwise they seem to do fine.

I am going to put a carrot in thanks, it's his favourite treat! Thank you.
