Hi everyone,
I have a few girl guinea pigs, (Some of you may know they had babies a few months ago but they are all rehomed.) and there is some sort of wattle plant near their hutch and sometimes blossoms fall into their run. the run doesn't have a top and we let them out in it for an hour or so under supervision daily. we always make sure there is nothing int it, but occasionally we miss a blossom and both the girls run to it and quickly eat it. The next day after they've eaten it they are completely fine with no problems but I am just wondering if anyone knows why they do this and if this is ok?
thanks

Yes of course I am not feeding it to them they just occasionally find one when we are outside. i think it may be quite sweet which is why they like it. we'll just be extra thorough when tidying up now.
