Ouch, he looks sore.
He needs to be seen by a vet for appropriate treatment and pain relief. There is little you can do yourself I’m afraid

Poor boy, that does look sore 
My Ella and Esme both had closed watery eyes like that coincidentally on the same day. I took them to the vet and they both had grass seeds stuck under their eyelids and the fluresent dye the vet stained their eyes with showed they both had corneal ulcers from where the grass seeds had been scratching their eyes. They were prescribed antibiotic eye drops, corneal repair gel and metacam and their eyes had healed within a week of treatment
I’m afraid there’s nothing you can do at home but please do see a vet asap x

I just checked again and that eye is red now .I have a vet appointment tomorrow. I'm afraid that it's something bad. Please pray for him
I hope he is ok.
All you can do is get him seen as soon as possible. Eyes are urgent and do need to be checked quickly.

Sorry to hear about this.
My Finn had similar issue and it turned out to be an infection so Dr. Jayne prescribed medication for his eye. The vet initially checked to see if it was a hay poke, but it wasn't. Finn was better in no time. He will be 7 yo this year.
