My almost 6 year old guinea pig often sneezes and then gets white tears in her eyes. Is this bad and if so what can I do?

Guinea pigs do sneeze several times a day and it be entirely normal but if the sneezing is excessive and accompanied by other symptoms (eye and nasal discharge) then it would be prudent to have a vet check her out for a respiratory infection.

Yes I thought it might be something however she has been doing it for such a long time that I assumed that it probably wasn’t anything

Guinea pigs have milky eye cleaning fluid. The sneezing can trigger it being squirted out. If you are worried, then please see a vet.
