Water underneath C and C cage - big leak!

So I have a 2 x 4 candccage and I was lying in bed trying to get to sleep and all I could hear is a dripping noise. I honestly though there was a leak in the ceiling but when investigating I noticed it was on the table and around the guinea pig cage. It was everywhere and in between the cage and the table was saturated with water.
Anyone had this problem or know what caused it- I’m guessing it was the plastic water bottles?

I would imaging the water bottle, have you checked for cracks? Or the top might not have been screwed on correctly perhaps?
