What do you guys put under water bottles?

Mine don’t drip massively but tend to drip for a bit after the piggies have had a drink leaving the bedding a bit damp. I use towels for their bedding with piles of hay and a microfibre bath mat down one end which I change every 2 days and recently I’ve been putting fleece pads underneath to help absorb the water spilled and keep feet dry. Just wondering what everyone else uses...would it be wise to put shavings underneath them? Would another microfibre mat work?

I find mine haven't dripped since I bought some wire holders on ebay, like the ones that come with the glass bottles. When the bottles are put through the grids they are on a slight angle which seems to make them drip, attached inside the cage and held upright is much better. I do put an extra fleece pad under the bottles in one of the cages though as Caspy has a habit of standing by the bottle and making the water pour out without drinking it.

when i used a store-bought cage, (i tried to find a good picture, but this is what I found)

if you zoom in you can see I put a wire around the wateer bottle and the bottom in the parts of the cage

I put food bowls and pee pads underneath. My boys usually put their front paws on the edge of the bowl, so seems like it's comfy, too! The food bowls aren't really used much,so they mainly collect water. Since piggies only eat tablespoon of pellets it's gone and I scatter the veg...
I've recently changed to glass bottles and they leak more than my older ones. Noticed if I only fill it halfway they don't leak as much?
