Which ones do you use? I use ferplast ones because you can take them apart and clean the spout. But one of the piggies chews on the rubber seal on the outside and it eventually falls apart.

A water dish wouldn't work because it would be knocked over/filled with grossness in an instant.

I also use Living World glass bottles. They've been good to me and my piggies have no problems with using them. Must say I initially bought them because of the teeny tiny carrot that floats inside! :tu:

Thanks. I might give those a try then. I've seen mixed reviews online which put me off!

I use the one I got with my "guinea pig starter kit" from a pet shop.
No brand name that I can see. Just a plastic bottle with grey "lid" and it also has the rubber seal part that I've noticed a couple of teeth marks in.
I also got the "Nobby Rodent Water Feeder Classic Deluxe" from Amazon but it's very noisy when one of my pigs drinks from it.
Both seem to leak a bit, especially when attaching to the cage after refilling.
The living world glass bottle sounds interesting.

I haven't noticed any leakage with the Living World ones, but they are quite noisy when Albie drinks. He uses it like a little maid bell! But Percy manages to drink nice and quietly from it, so it could just be Albie.

We have tried multiple bottles.
The piggies haven't expressed a preference overall, although Ruby will only drink from a plastic Ferplast bottle, and Oreo likes the glass living world bottle best.
I find glass quieter, but neither is silent.
I feel glass is easier to clean but I always worry about the kids dropping it because we have tile floors, and I have nightmare visions of glass shards everywhere.
This is the reason we have at least one spare bottle!
