Washing Fleece In A Washbag/Laundry bag

Ok quick question, i saw that someone mentioned they washed their piggies fleece in a washbag in the washing machine to catch any extra hairs and bits... i had a quick look at types and they have mesh ones and normal cotton ones. Can someone tell me which one would be best for catching all the hair so it doesn't clog the machine? Thank you.

thanks guys i think i will get myself one. I don't want to chance the washing machine packing up, we are renting here as well it's not ours...and my boyfriend will not be happy if he found out it was because of the piggies!

What do you do to clean the bag afterwards? Hoover it out?

Thanks! I got a bag online just a fabric one with a drawstring, i read somewhere an old pillow case will do but this bag was 99p so i thought why not!
