Wash bags?

This may sound odd but what is a wash bag, well like what does it do sort of thing ?

You put all of your dirty pet bits in so like, fleece, cosies, teddies, etc. and it stops all the fur/hair/hay getting stuck in your washing machine but still gets your stuff really clean.
I'm also under the impression it gets the hair off too? As it says that you can just turn the bag inside out and shake the hair out when you've finished. :)

Does anyone know anywhere to get some cheap wash bags or is there anyone who makes them?
To stop the worries of guinea/dog hair and hay on everything, clogging up the washer.
I've had a google around but they are around £20.

Found these:

:)

Sadly, Amy has sold Cavy Couture now - her washbags were fantastic, and very good value, but I realise that doesn't help you. I wonder if Pollie makes them?

back when I used fleece and vet bed I used a single duvet cover (£3 from a charity shop) and a cable tie to secure the top (£1.50 for 200 from my local hardware store!)

Cheapest place for mine was Amazon - type in horse wash bags and it will come up - they are orange coloured - the bags are brilliant - have had the first one for well over a year now - got the second Jumbo sized one for the launderette visits when I bung the big machine full :red

All the fleece comes out clean and I just shake the hairs off them - a blow in the wind helps - and I have a mixture of very long and short haired piggies.

At last I have hairless knickers :x

Yep type horse wear wash bag into eBay too, they around £10-£12,check your washing machines load capacity, mine takes up to 5kg so I bought a medium one :) they'll be orange with a zip across the front.

Hiya - Cavy Couture has changed ownership recently, but don't worry because the designs haven't changed :)

Hmm I'll check the label when I get home but I just looked on eBay and I can't see a listing which describes the fabric?

Check you local cheap shops, pound land ect. I got mine for 79p! they are the net type but without holes.
