ive seen that washing your fleeces and towels in a wash bag is better for not getting hay and fur stuck in the washing machine. does anyone use them? are they any good? and where could I buy one? :)

I use a horsewear washbag which I bought from ebay. I think it works well. Some of our members also use old pillowcases or duvet covers.

Cavy couture do wash bags.
I've used a pillow case but the knot comes undone.
so I wash everything in the bath ;/

I have some too, personally I found mine terrible...
The zip fell off on the second wash, so then all the contents inside fell out- which defeats the object of wash bags!
So now I'm struggling along with them, as I have to get some string and tie it so the zip line is secured.

I got mine from Amazon. I haven't had any disasters like @Chief Guinea Pig (yet!). They are definitely very helpful in stopping stray bits of hay or hairs getting into the washing machine.
I am not a big fan of Amazon so, if I ever need any more, I'll have a look elsewhere 1st.

The zip has fallen off mine too!

I've just ordered a piggy bed and tunnel from your website and was also after a wash bag! Can I request one to add to my order?

I don't think I actually have any old pillowcases :o

Is that the Peppers bed and Dino tunnel order? - Of course I'll add a wash bag on for you - which size did you want?
