Please do see a vet for diagnosis and any treatment. Please dont be tempted to treat it with anything yourself as you can so easily make things worse.
 
I agree about the vet - not sure it's a wart but don't know what might have caused it. Warts are caused by a virus. Pigs can also get fungal infections. Antibiotics will treat bacterial infections but not virus ones or fungus ones so ABs will only work if it has been caused by bacteria. There is the sore-looking bit but also some hair loss around it to consider. Has piggy been fighting with it's piggy friend?
