Thanks Heather, yes there’s damage to the paint and plasterwork above the patio door, it’s one of those McCarthy and Stone apartments so at least the actual building is covered by their insurance so they have to put it right. The property is for sale and empty so nobody there to notice it. They’ve had a little word with old lady above, so hopefully it won’t happen again
