Vonhaus Interlocking Cubes For C&c?

Has anyone used these for a C&C type cage? Either on their own or in combination with wire grids? They seem the same size, and as my future pig cage is likely to be up against a wall or in a corner, I wondered if some of the cage could be made with these.


I'm probably missing something really obvious....

I would personally not use them as bacteria could invest on the plastic, and piggies cannot see out.

I've seen people use them. I don't see a problem with them at all. You can always make the correx sides a bit higher if you're worried about cleaning or chewing.

If you look at a thread on this same page called "housing, a history" by cocoandluna you will see a cage using those grids.
I suppose they are a cheaper alternative to the other grids.
