Vibrating Cushion Or Pad

When my piggy had bloat I used my boyfriend's electric razor under a cushion. It seemed to help. Some people also use an electric toothbrush. I've heard that car journeys are also good to help alleviate bloat.
 
Anything that vibrates will work.

We bought a massage pad from boots for Megan years ago.
 
Could someone explain to a piggy health noob what it is about vibrations that helps with bloat? Is it that it helps the digestive tract to keep moving, or what?

I think that's what it is for acapae, also you know when you've got tummy ache, the feeling of the kneading & vibration helps.
I think I wanted this for my first aid box.
