hi due to my guinea pigs coughing and sneezing i am going to make a vets appointment
i have heard stuff about guinea pigs being diagnosed with the wrong thing because the vet does not have enough knowledge of guinea pigs and i’m worried about them not being diagnosed if they’re ill
does anyone know any vets in sunderland that are well known for treating guinea pigs and noticing illnesses
thanks x

Hello and welcome to the forum
Vets are skilled and pick up on Chest Infections in all pets, it’s very common so have faith and book an appointment, treatment is very important and will put your mind at ease.
hope your piggie is feeling better soon x

The vets on our rescue locator are recommended for treating guinea pigs. @Stewybus runs a guinea pig rescue in your area and I think he uses Jacqi Paterson vets.
