Very watery eyes

Hi all
So my piggy has always had on / watery eyes since as long as I can remember.
Recently went to the vets and got given some isathal (it was only one eye) and it seemed to have cleared up.
Tonight both her eyes are watery more as the night goes on. She seems normal in herself.
Rumbling at my other girl. What do you guys think? Praying it’s not a uri!

Also the only thing I changed today was I put some different forage hay in… could this cause such a reaction though?
