Very Strange noise- wheezing or sort of spitting or chirping?

My 5.5 year old pig Pepper started making this noise for about 10 minutes. She was moving her mouth while she did it and didn’t seem to stop once i came up to the cage. Sounds sort of raspy but it definitely wasn’t a normal wheeze (she’s sensitive to hay dust/ has a bit of scarring from a past uri a year ago). Some of it was more high pitched squeaky - was sort of like she was singing!
