We have a group of three guinea pig females and one of the guinea pigs, Cammy is acting very odd. She isn't using her back legs to move or eating and drinking that much. We went to get her checked to the vet and he said she either has scurvy or an infection. We've been giving her vitamin c and water through a syringe and giving her antibiotics incase she has an infection. Does anyone have any prior experience on how she might recover? It's very saddening to see her crawl with her back legs, basically paralyzed and having her getting flipped over on her back multiple times.

Are you syringe feeding her a recovery feed (such as critical care) of mushed pellets? If not, please do so. You will need to switch the routine weekly weight check go weighing daily, at the same time each day, so you can be sure she is getting enough food. If she isn’t eating anything of herself, then you need to feed at least 60ml of recovery feed in a 24 hour period (her weight checks are your guide to know how much and how often she needs feeding to maintain her weight).
Otherwise, all you can keep doing is giving her the antibiotics and go back to the vet if she doesn’t improve.

Ill add in some guides below to help

Looking after guinea pigs with limited or no mobility

Scurvy is rare in guinea pigs who are fed a healthy balanced diet as they get all the vitamin c they need. If the diet is made up mostly of hay/grass (it contains vitamin c), pellets (which are fortified with vit C) and a variety of vegetables including a vit c rich veg daily, then scurvy generally speaking is rare.
