veggies and fruit

hi all!
so i have found the list of high / low vitamin fruit and veggies on this forum but was wondering if anyone had an actual list that says how often you can feed the different foods a week etc so i can get it printed off and stuck on the fridge! if not i’ll get one put together (to the best of my knowledge) and post it for everyone!
