Vegetables For Guinea Pigs

I am a bit confused about what I should avoid feeding daily fresh wise, I read the list of foods and keep reading about bladder problems , high calcium and I am trying to vary the foods.
I have dandelions , spinach , chard , green beans lettuce leaf growing in my garden , are these any good every day ,why avoid high calcium and what is safe for every day ?

I know a green bean a day is fine, Spinach is high in oxalates so perhaps once a week for that.

Chard also falls in the category of most veg 2-3 times a week. Spinach is very high in calcium and should be fed as an occasional treat, but not as regular veg. Dandelion is quite high in calcium and is also mildly diuretic, so should be fed in moderation.
