Adult Guinea Pig
Well I'm cooking for lunch tomorrow for me mum and dad.
I'm going to cook a rose elliot recipe a chestnut and mushroom pate en croute for mum and me.Dad has a turkey joint from tescos i just have to shove in the oven :-X
Got so many veggies today - sprouts, leeks, cauli, green beans, carrotts, and others.....also pack of roast vege with parsnips etc in to do and garlic roast pots, vegan gravy too
Pud is choice of village bakery xmas pud and glace or custard or vegan strawberry trifle and soya squirty cream ;D
Then boxing day lunch at my aunts is her homemade vegan nutroast, red wine gravy etc... and more vegan xmas pud!
Tonight we had a veggie and wild rice parcel from the local french deli, really tasty, heres a pic (will try to take pics tomorrow lunch too)
