You may find this link here helpful, as it is fairly detailed about which veg you can feed how often and what should be included in a balanced diet.

We recommend about 50g/2 oz of mixed veg per piggy per day, but this mix should ideally include something or two high in vitamin C and ideally something that contains magnesium.
