Vale bale hay dusty

Has anyone found vale bale to be a lot more dusty than normal? My pigs are scratching a lot. The vet has given them mite injections as a precaution but she thought looking at the quality of hay she could see it could be the hay irritating them as it's sticking to their fur in little bits. And on the basis that they had their second injection on Tuesday and they are already scratching a lot, I'm thinking it could be the dust. It's normally much better quality.

I think maybe it's a mixture of both. Their first mite injection definitely helped. But with them having only had their last one on Tuesday I'm not sure why they would be suddenly itching again. I cleaned their catch to remove a load of dust from the hay. Ordered some nature's own sweet green hay, hopefully might be less dusty
