So one of my guinea pig is three day into been treated for a uti but the still blood in her wee should her wee not have gone back to normal by now

I’m sorry to hear she is unwell.
It takes three or so days before antibiotics even start working. You need to give it until further into the course and towards the end of the course of antibiotics before you see an improvement.
How long is the course she has been prescribed?

She has been given a course for two week but I panic to much with my guinea pigs xx

Hi!

Antibiotics take time to build up in efficiency; usually 5-7 days but it can take longer; they don't work like a painkiller.
With UTI it can take often 2-3 weeks; even with bacterial ones. There are also several issues lumped in, so reactions can differ.

Please see your vet if symptoms are not better by the end of the course, if there is deterioration after the course or symptoms return soon after the end of course. One of the potential problems lumped under UTI is a non-bacterial cystitis, which doesn't react well to antibiotics. It can however only be diagnosed after all potential urinary tract issues have been excluded. It is not fatal, so take a deep breath, please and don't panic. Right now you need to be patient.
