New Born Pup
Hello everyone! Looking for a wee bit of advice! One of our pigs Tokyo has been to the vets with what we suspected was a urine infection. We got metacam, she was on that for about a week and then I somehow managed to get a urine sample from her! The vet said she had an infection and prescribed Baytril alongside the metacam. We have finished her course of baytril (on Thursday) and still have some metacam that we're continuing to give her. Early this week I'd witnessed her pee quite a bit without any squeaks but tonight I'm sure I've heard her squeak quietly whilst peeing. Not sure if this is a side effect of her having being on antibiotics or if the infection hasn't completely cleared? What's everyone else's experiences with infections and antibiotics?
