i bought a guinea pig two days ago because my other one needed a friend and i didn’t quarantine the new one at first which i shoukd have done and the new one has been coughing and sneezing so i took them both to the vet and the new one is prescribed antibiotics for a uri but should separate them until she is off or is it too late? they are already bonded but I'm scared that my other one is going to get sick. they are both still babies too.

As they are both babies then you do not quarantine. Babies should never be by themselves.

Please do not separate them now. They are both already exposed so there is no point in separating them.

I hope they are both ok

how likely is it that the other one gets it too? they are about like 3 months but if she gets it then do i get her medicine and do it all over again?

It depends how well her immune system can fight it off.
If she shows signs, then please do take her to the vet so she can get her own treatment

this is a latw response but i took them to the vet and one of them got treated for a uri and she seems to be fine but they both have had runny noses for a while now. it’s not excessive but i see them wiping their noses a lot. it’s been going on for a few weeks.
