My baby guinea pig milky has had a breathing problem ever since she was born and she was very small and weak compared to her siblings. Just today i noticed that she hasn’t been eating and she’s been extra weak (always laying down, weak positioning) whenever she stops walking she ends up falling over. The vet is closed on the weekends and the vet that is open is a 3 hour drive. Please help

I'm so sorry. Unfortunately with frail babies things can be so touch and go. RIP Milky and ((HUGS)) to you.

Another question I have one girl guinea pig and 2 boys. They are all separated, I’ve put the girl cage next to the boys but it seems to just cause chaos. Now the boys are constantly humping each other. What should I do?

I'm sorry she passed.
This is going to be a difficult situation in managing the needs of all piggies - your sow is very young so needs companionship but she also needs to be kept away from the bonded boys (sow pheromones around bonded boars can cause the boars to fall out).

The baby sow seems very upset and missing her partner. She was always a squeaky one until now.

The remaining sow will need a companion of her own.

Please keep her away from the boars. The smell of a female can send bonded boars into a humping frenzy and can lead to fighting.

Thank you for letting me know! The boars were jumping consistently so I moved the sows cage away.

I have also noticed when milky sadly passed a white liquid oozed from her eye and also she was drooling causing her whole head to get wet. Is that normal ?

It can be. Dying is generally a more physical process than we tend to think when we don't generally see it.
