That type of fund raising is not permitted here.
However if your post is genuine and you truly can not afford vet bills for your sick pet you should look into handing her over to a responsible rescue so she can receive the care she needs.

It is your duty to seek veterinary help for your pet. If you do not have funds then perhaps you could seek arrangements with the vets or surrender to a rescue.

I am not sure why you have opened this old thread from April. We have not heard from this poster since April so have no information about their guinea pig.

This thread is over 4 months old and the poster was only on this forum for 1 day so, sadly. I doubt we will ever know any more about the guinea pig in the picture. (posted at same time as above post)
