I currently have a 120cm cage for my two boys and I was looking to upgrade. They have had a growth spurt and looking at it I would love a new cage that could possibly combine as an exercise run (if that's possible!). Also thinking about adding a new friend. Any suggestions? Not great at day though :) haha

I would strongly recommend against adding a third boar as the percentage of boar trios that do not end in having to separate is small. You also risk loosimg the existing bond between your current two should it go wrong.

I am currently decidong on my new setup but I am going to make a 6x2 c and c for my two boys which I think will please them greatly!

If you fancy another pig why not get another pair and have two pairs?

Ah okay didn't realise. Just wanted them to have another friend rather than another pair but if it could end up in disaster and ruin their current bond, which tbf is adorable, I am okay with just them two. Is c and c difficult to do then?

No Its easy to put together. Have a look in housing photos for inspitation. I have built a 3 story cage and going to expand it to four tomorrow hopefully as picked up more grids today.

(Sorry if I'm butting in) where did you get your grids from? I'm toying with the idea of extending mine too.

I got my grids off e bay £35 for 30 grids and connectors free delivery. It was the best price I could find. They are down as 8 cube set. I will try and find the sellers name. If you are looking on e bay Don't type in c and c cage as the prices go up a lot.

Seville 8 cube storage set. On e bay uk, seller "magnum-bargains" £34.99 free postage. They were delivered fairly quickly. Packaging not the best, however u get what you pay for. And for a pack of 30 grids it was mostly double the price.

I went and got my new ones from costco yesterday. It costs £30 membership for a year but then they are only £18 inc vat.

Wow that is a bargain. Thanks. If I need more I will go there. ;)
