Unable to figure out whats wrong

So I took my guineapig to the vet . And he said he is unable to find out the reason . His right eye is still watering and red. Moreover I took him to the vet on 12 of last month. He lost 100 g. The vet said the medicines he prescribed is the last straw. He can do nothing after that. Is it okay if any guineapig eats but doesn't gain weight ? ( except grass and hay ) . I'm so lost. I've tried my best to do the good for him . Now I feel like a failure .

Is this the 2 year old piggy who only weighs 500g?
As his entire diet is just water spinach, he isn’t going to gain weight. He doesn’t get proper nutrition with just that.

What medicines has he been given for his eye?

If your vet is saying there’s nothing more he can do, I’d seek out a second opinion from another vet.

100g loss is a worry and it points to something else going on.

I agree with piggie and buns,the diet needs to be checked.maybe grass if you can find any.
I understand that guinea pig vets in Bangladesh, maybe very hard to find.
