It seems to be a 1 off and these are meant to go into waterIf there is discharge coming from her vagina then she needs to see a vet to rule out any illnesses.
It's generally not recommended to put vitamin drops in their water as they can cause more harm than good unfortunately.
Does she still have discharge coming from her vagina, or was it a one-off?
Welcome to the forum by the way.

Thank you and I figured it was something normal since she's becoming of ageIf there is discharge coming from her vagina then she needs to see a vet to rule out any illnesses.

Oh I'm having no issues with them not drinking they empty the bottle every day or just about empty it I also wash it everyday for no algae growthPlease have any unusual discharge checked by a vet.
Yes that is what they are designed for but doing it is not a good idea. There are lots of things said to be safe for them but in fact should not be used .
The drops in water are one such thing.
It is never recommended for anything to be added to drinking water. It can cause issues from causing them to not drink enough as the taste of the water is changed to encouraging algae growth.
Guinea pigs on a good balanced diet do not need vitamin c supplementation. Doing so can do more harm than good.
Their isnt anymore discharge it was a one off I believe I'll be checking again later today as it's 12:20 am hereNo it’s not normal

This is what I useWe can only provide you with the advice as to some of the reasons why nothing should ever be added to drinking water.
And as I said vitamin c supplementation over and above their needs can be harmful. At best it is a waste as additional vit c above their needs is simply excreted in urine. At worst, their bodies become too used to abnormally high amounts. If those amounts then drop, then it causes scurvy, even though the levels would not be considered incorrect for any other piggy.
Long term owners do not supplement and instead provide a balanced diet to avoid the issues with overdoing vitamin c.
Your piggies will need to be weaned off of any long term supplementation slowly so as to not cause health issues

Just checked no more dischargeThis is what I use
I tried vitamin c tablets and they didn't like themMy comments still stand - there is no need to use them (piggies with a healthy balanced diet do not need any kind of supplementation) and nothing should ever be added to drinking water.

We give them this food
I've tried that sadly they won't eat themThey don’t need any vitamin c supplements at all. They only need unlimited hay, one cup of vegetables and one tablespoon of plain pellets per day. That provides them with all their nutrient needs.
That food, I’m sorry to say, is not appropriate.
The ingredients are not the sort of thing they should be eating, even more so considering Its main ingredient is alfalfa which guinea pigs should not eat.
Alfalfa is not a grass, it’s a legume. It’s too high in calcium and too much calcium can contribute to the formation of bladder stones
You need a plain Timothy hay based grain free pellet, with no veg, fruit, seeds or colourful bits added.
They can have just one tablespoon of plain pellets per day.
