Ulcers on penis

Hello... my 18 month old boar has seen the vet after being in pain when going to the toilet. The vet said he has ulcers on his penis. He is on antibiotics & anti inflammatories. Can any one shed any light on this and offer any advice please? Thank you.

I’ve not come across this before. do you check his bits regularly to ensure he hasn’t got hay or anything else stuck in there Boar Care: Bits, Bums & Baths
Sounds sore.

Hello no I didn't check his willy only his bum area, the vet said it cld've happened due to hay being stuck there. Poor boy, I feel very sorry for him & bad.
