types of bedding?

hi, just wondering why nobody uses towels for bedding ,i do use fleece as well ,but find hay is easier to remove from towelling material than fleece.A couple of times a week I bung in machine to wash ,if any of my towels are getting a bit old just use them for piggies.the bath sheet sizes are great .Anyway was just curious !

fleece wicks away the urine. Were as the urine sits on top of the towel I imagine. x

oh expect it would, but my girls nearly always wee on hay area,all i have on towels is poops and i change bedding every day so works well for me x

I have a raised kitchen area so the hay don't really go on the fleece, i dont like towels cos they smell but changing every day would stop that, ive made cageliners now out of fleece and mattress toppers
