Adult Guinea Pig
So a bright side of coming down with covid has been that I am able to watch the piggies all day! It has taken them since Saturday to feel a wee bit more confident and they are beginning to move about a bit. I imagine that as a result of this they are now starting to - I don’t know - notice each other. So today they have spent a fair bit of their time giving off to each other and there has been a bit of bum wiggling, low ‘machine gun’ type noises and some wheeking. This article by @Wiebke I think has helped me make sense of it all and I’ve just watched and left them to it. No biting or anything serious - just like two wee old ladies narking at each other! Am I right in saying that this is part of their settling in process? Here they are along with the very interesting article!
