two different sets of heating instructions..? Snugglesafe

I just noticed the heating instructions differ on the instruction leaflet then they do on the snuggle safe for 1200w microwave. what should I go by? this instruction leaflet came with the snugglesafe

i use the guide on the pink disc ! try not to heat too much,as it can cause the gel to escape from the heat disc !

That's what I would suggest too @eileen

I would always go for the lower of the two. It's easier to pop it back in for another 30 secs if it isn't warm enough than waiting for a too hot pod to cool down
