Hi All

I've spent an unproductive morning phoning vet surgeries in Kent to see whether they would fill a prescription for liquid Tramadol from the Maddocks. in order to save a trip to Northampton. I've found one which stocks it but would charge £75+ to fill it with VAT and a rather large mark up! I've also tried a few local pharmacies who are unwilling/unable to help.

Is there anyone here who knows of a vet or pharmacy in Kent that would fill a prescription for me? If not, we'll have another road trip!

Many thanks.

Do you have the prescription from the Cat&Rabbit?

See whether an online vet medication provider like Hyperdrug or similar will oblige. They are usually a lot cheaper in terms of surcharges.

Can't you phone C&R Northampton and ask for the meds to be sent to you via post? That's what we do if we are running out of the meds and needed a new one.

No - it's a dangerous drug and so can't be sent by post. They would if they could but it's not an option unfortunately - hence my post.

Yes, I do. Thanks Wiebke - I hadn't thought of that.
