I had outdoor pigs all the time when I was younger. I would say maybe having somewhere to move them (shed/garage, provided no car fumes) or a hutch cosy in the winter for when it gets really cold. If they have a run attached, putting concrete slabs around it stops foxes digging in. Putting a thick sock over the water bottle in the winter stops it freezing. Frozen water bottle wrapped in a towel in summer gives them something cool to lie up against. Not sure I can think of anything else at the moment, but hopefully at least one of those is useful!
